And so even began last it was worth the delicious hot dogs for lunch after that I was sitting outside my cabin chatting to my friend Mace you showed me his air rifle chart with small holes where he hit the paper Target then he left then our day at camp started. Our first activity was air rifles. We went all the way down to the beach and then into the tent or instructor Neil taught us how to use an air rifle properly and how to shoot in a proper position. me and my buddy Arden had a lot of fun shooting the paper target after that our next activity was Bush Cooking me and my group had a lot of fun then it was almost dinner everyone was getting excited because after dinner we were going to play spotlight but before dinner we had to clean our cabins. our dinner was spaghetti bolognese  and it was delicious after dinner we got ready to go down to the beach and play Spotlight when everyone is ready we went down to the beach on the way we saw three female peacocks when we arrived at the Beach when we were finally down at the beach we start the game of capture the flag and then we play a different game of Spotlight before moving on to Spotlight after all all of the games were finished we went back up to the Lodge and got ready for sleep after I had finished brushing my teeth I went to the cabin and got ready for bed waiting for the next day.

songs and sounds

today we tried to create volume and pitch using all sorts of instruments. I learnt that the longer or the bigger the instrument it will make a lower pitch. but the shorter or the thinner the instrument is the higher the pitch will be.

Seeing Sound

Yesterday we did a sound experiment we tried using cups and string to see if we could hear each other.  We also tried to make sprinkles move on plastic wrap using vibration. I learnt that a square box will not work but a round bowl will work and the sprinkles will jump around from vibrations.

Footprints in the Sand

Footprints in the Sand

We landed on a beach in the desert!!!  But we were in Antarctica when we fell unconscious. Our pets and us were washed up on the beach. The old looking pirate ship was wrecked. Suddenly, in the distance, we heard some moaning. Then the moaning stopped!!! We thought it was a group of desert cormorants but then we heard footsteps. I carried my poor pet compsognathus who broke his leg. Suddenly we saw a few marks then a strange footprint like-mark and then footprints.

These footprints had to lead somewhere, I said.

This is starting to get paranormal, said Cade. What if it’s a demon?

Don't be a chicken, I said. Maybe it's just one of the local residents in the desert.

Suddenly a cobra slithered past us. We stood still and watched it pass. We kept walking for 7 hours and getting hungrier and thirstier with every second gone by. Suddenly in the distance we saw a city. We rushed as fast as we could. Cade’s pet indoraptor, Invincible, quickly dashed past us.

Suddenly another figure appeared but this time it looked like a human. We found ourselves standing at a massive tower and there was a person. Strangely it was Mace. He was skinny. We helped him up and immediately gave him food and water.

How did you get here? Cade said.

The shipwreck washed me somewhere else along the beach. I sent Bonehead to look for someone.

Wait a minute! Where is he? I said.

Suddenly a loud roar echoed across the desert as the skinny pachycephalosaurus ran towards Mace. We fed him some plants and continued on the journey. They were happy to be found.

Later we embarked on an even greater journey. One that we would never imagine we will take part in.

A New Way to Travel

After a long, tiring journey at last we were closer to the future and closer than we thought. Suddenly we saw something we never saw before. There were 3 metal, hot air balloons stuck together with almost supersized car engines on top of them and strange orbs hanging from them.
Let's get on them, I said.
Are you sure? said Cade. They look dangerous.
Probably not, I said. They don't look that dangerous. They just look like regular balloons.
I think it's a good new way to travel, said Mace.
We got into the balloons. It was very cramped. The balloons quickly flew into the air. Unlike normal hot air balloons, these ones could move left to right. We drifted over a mangrove and soon drifted into the ocean. Whales dived in the water and Cade even spotted a pod of Orcas.
A New Way to TravelSuddenly a plane crashed into the balloons ...
